I never write reviews but making an exception for this hotel that exceeded my expectations. Lovely staff throughout with authentic Indonesian kindness and service. Beautiful interiors marrying modern light-filled and spacious spaces with classic and luxurious splashes of gold and color. Beautiful mosaic tableaux and sculptures from a local artist. Huge and delicious breakfast buffet including sushi and icecream! We were in the Artist Suite, perfect size for a couple and child, separate art-filled living room, the extra bed was amazingly comfortable. A dedicated butler. Beautiful outdoor pool, 24 hr gym and long walking path in the garden. Pro tip: walk less than 5 minutes into the adjoining Lotte Mall to find Kokuo Platinum for an amazing reflexology massage for 1 hour for less than USD 10. We gave up our usual preferred luxury hotel brand with initials FS for Raffles Jakarta and are so happy we did - we'll definitely return.

Great hotel overall. The staff is super attentive and kind, the facilities are beautiful, the basic room are basically huge suites. Great bath tub, rain shower and super comfy bed. I also had a great massage and the cocktails at the art cafe were amazing. Concierge and butler service available 24h, they literally helped me with anything, even shipping a box to Bali. Also breakfast was amazing, I've never seen so many options! I was travelling alone but I never felt alone thanks to the amazing people working there.

Raffles Jakarta is an exceptional luxury hotel that exceeded our expectations. Being accustomed to luxury hotels, we immediately noticed their high-class hospitality and service during our four-night stay. The hotel's elegance, location, and design provide an extremely chic and exclusive experience. The service is outstanding, with friendly smiles, efficiency, personal butlers, and attention to every detail. The food and beverage experience is close to perfect. Overall, it's an excellent value for the money spent, and we highly recommend Raffles Jakarta.

The highlight of our stay is the level of customer service and staff's care. Audrey has gone above and beyond to ensure we have a pleasant experience during our stay. Breakfast buffet is excellent- great selections and cooked well. The hotel being next to a shopping centre is a plus :)

The staff’s attention to detail, care and service was beyond my expectations. I felt always taken care of and under their guidance if I required anything. I was with them on whatsApp and always had any query responded to right away. Exceptional. I’m also super picky about Air conditioning especially in humid climates where the room can feel stuffy, and the hotel here had excellent air conditioning. Additionally, the location is superb with a mall connected to it so everything was super convenient. Special thanks to Fara, Thalia and the team for being so hospitable

Breakfast was very good, high quality, and quite an amazing choice of pastries/cakes from the bakery! Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the in-room dining too. The Spa is excellent, the therapists are very well trained, and I had an amazing time, really one of the best Spa. Service was excellent in the hotel in general. The concierge helped us find the best places to look for local art and handicrafts and his recommendations were great.

A perfect stay in an Excellent hotel with spacious room.The location is perfect being attached to Lotte Mall.The staff is efficient , friendly and helpful , the service is beyond my expectation.The service of the concierge and especially Ciki Is unique and wonderful , he helped us with everything, thanks also to Ardi & Adith for being helpful.

The service was outstanding - even for a five star hotel. I was taken an excellent care throughout my stay. I was sick and the the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The room itself was extremely spacious with many small details attached to bring a unique experience.
